This is a strategic role responsible for building category leadership, driving brand awareness, generating demand through organic and paid channels, and leading a high-performing social media function across OnGrid and its flagship products.

Role Overview As the Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of social media across OnGrid's portfolio of products. You will lead the social media team, define content and growth strategies, and leverage performance marketing to drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with analytical thinking, understands both B2B and D2C marketing, and knows how to scale brand visibility, engagement, website traffic, and qualified lead generation through data-driven campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy Own and execute the social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Build differentiated positioning for OnGrid and its flagship products through thought leadership, storytelling, and consistent brand communication.

Develop quarterly growth roadmaps aligned with business, product, and marketing objectives.

Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging content formats to maximize reach and engagement. Content & Brand Growth Lead the content strategy and oversee monthly content calendars across multiple business verticals.

Create compelling social media copy, campaign concepts, carousel content, and short-form video/reel scripts.





Collaborate with designers, video editors, product teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality content.

Drive executive branding and employee advocacy initiatives across digital platforms.

Performance Marketing

Define and execute performance marketing strategies across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.

Manage audience segmentation, campaign budgeting, A/B testing, remarketing, and campaign optimization.

Identify new growth opportunities, audience segments, AI tools, and marketing channels to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.

Partner with the performance marketing function to continuously improve acquisition metrics and marketing effectiveness.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team by setting clear goals, reviewing performance, and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

Establish scalable workflows, content governance, and quality standards to ensure timely and consistent execution across all social channels. Analytics & Reporting Track and report key social media and campaign performance metrics including:

Build executive dashboards, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize content, creatives, targeting, and campaign performance based on data.

Required Skills & Experience 4–8 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Growth Marketing,



Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.

Proven experience managing social media for both B2B and D2C brands.

Strong expertise in developing and executing social media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

Robust copywriting and storytelling skills with experience creating high-performing social media content.

Experience managing teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, Identity Verification, FinTech, Enterprise Technology, or Compliance businesses.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Canva, Figma, and AI-powered content creation tools.

Experience working with marketing automation platforms and attribution reporting.
