Role Description The Social Media Marketing & SEO Intern role (with PPO opportunity ) is a 4-month, full time, on-site/ Remote internship based in Pune City . The intern will support the marketing team in building the company's digital presence, driving brand awareness, and improving website visibility through social media and SEO initiatives, including:

- Social media content creation and scheduling (LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms)
- Content calendar planning and campaign execution
- Writing engaging captions, social media posts, and marketing copy
- Basic graphic creation using Canva or similar tools
- SEO activities, including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Backlink research, outreach, and link-building activities
- Website content optimization and blog publishing support
- Monitoring social media engagement and SEO performance metrics
- Competitor and industry trend research
- Coordination with the marketing, design, content, and product teams
- Maintaining content assets, reports,



and marketing documentation in a structured manner

This role offers hands-on exposure to Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, Backlinking, and Digital Marketing strategies while working closely with experienced marketing professionals on live business projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for managing campaigns and supporting online brand presence.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts and support promotional initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear writing, collaboration with teams, and professional interaction on public channels.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., platform insights, Google Analytics) and interest in data-driven marketing is beneficial.
- Familiarity with design or content tools (such as Canva, basic video editing, or copywriting tools) is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
