Role & responsibilities:

- Manage and grow Jinino's social media presence - Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, X
- Edit instagram reels and carousels
- Manage meta ads
- Track and report social media analytics and engagement metrics
- Research trending content formats, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with the founding team on content calendars and campaign timelines
- Execute basic operational and admin tasks remotely
- 30 hours of total commitment per week
- Remote tasks will follow a deadline-based, goal oriented structure rather than fixed daily hours

Preferred candidate profile:
- Based in or near Guwahati with flexibility for field work
- Interest or background in marketing, social media content creation and being part of an early stage startup
- Basic understanding of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Proficiency in design platforms like Canva, and Figma
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and ads manager is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Reliable, self-motivated,



and adaptable in dynamic environments
