Role Description This is an on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Chennai. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities include scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, tracking performance metrics, and preparing simple reports. The intern will support campaign execution, help research industry trends and competitor activities,



and contribute ideas for creative content and community-building initiatives. This internship role offers hands-on experience working closely with the marketing and investment teams to showcase portfolio startups, events, and thought leadership. Qualifications

Strong interest in social media marketing, including familiarity with major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook) and basic understanding of content formats.

Ability to create clear, engaging written content and visual concepts; basic skills in copywriting and use of simple design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) are beneficial.

Comfort with basic analytics, such as tracking engagement, reach, and follower growth, and translating data into straightforward insights.

Positive research skills to identify relevant industry news, trends, and competitor activities that can inform social media content.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-focused environment.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred.

Demonstrated interest in startups, venture capital, or innovation ecosystems is an advantage.
