Role Description The Social Media Marketer & Designer will manage a social media presence across key platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing content that reflects the firm’s brand positioning and thought leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, designing visually compelling posts and stories, optimizing content for engagement, and monitoring key metrics to refine strategies.

The role involves collaborating with the founder and advisory team to translate complex strategic ideas into accessible, high-impact social narratives and campaigns. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Pune City,



with a mix of in-person collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, run, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Digital Marketing to align social content with brand goals, audience insights, and broader marketing initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear, persuasive copy, collaborate with stakeholders, and present ideas effectively.
- Experience with visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and basic video editing for social media content is beneficial.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, or similar) and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, advisory-driven setting.
- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, luxury, or real estate sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Relevant education or training in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is beneficial.
