Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Noida.

The Social Media

Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing social media strategies to align with business goals, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also involves actively participating in online conversations, managing schedules for content delivery,



and working collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Qualifications

Robust expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Proficient in Communication and Writing to craft engaging and meaningful content

Experience with Content Strategy and planning for multi-platform campaigns

Understanding of analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns

Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is highly preferred

Familiarity with social media tools and trends—experience with paid social campaigns is a plus
