We're Hiring: Social Media Manager / Strategist (Fresher – 1 Year Experience)

At AIxAI, we build AI-powered videos and automation for government departments, NGOs, brands, and growing businesses across India. Now we're looking for someone to tell our story to the world — and grow with us while doing it.

This is not a "post 3 times a week and forget it" job. This is a chance to run social media strategy for an AI-first company and learn skills most social media managers won't touch for years.

What You'll Do

- Own our social media presence end-to-end (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
- Build monthly content strategies and calendars — not just posts, but a plan behind them
- Create and publish reels, carousels, and posts (with our AI video team backing you up)
- Track what works: analyse reach, engagement, and conversions, and adjust strategy based on data
- Engage with our audience, respond to comments/DMs, and build community

Who We're Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome — we care about hunger, not your resume length)
- Someone who wants to prove themselves — you're not looking for a comfortable job, you're looking for a place to show what you can do
- Passionate about social media: you know what's trending before it trends
- A basic sense of design and storytelling (Canva/CapCut familiarity is a plus)
- Curious about AI — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be excited to learn
- Solid written communication in English and Hindi
- Self-driven: you bring ideas, you don't wait for instructions
