Lex Lumen Research Journal (LLRJ) is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our digital presence across Instagram and LinkedIn.
About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content that strengthens LLRJ's presence within the legal, academic, and student community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram and LinkedIn.
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Create and coordinate engaging content, including posts, carousels, reels, and stories.
Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them for LLRJ's audience.
Develop creative content ideas to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with the LLRJ team to promote research initiatives, events, webinars, opportunities, and other activities.
Requirements
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
Good knowledge of current social media trends and content formats.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to independently manage social media activities and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.
