Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

Develop monthly content strategies for multiple brands.

Create platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.

Stay updated with the latest trends, memes, viral formats and algorithm changes.

Research competitors and suggest innovative content ideas.

Content Planning

Create monthly content calendars.

Write engaging captions, hooks and CTAs.

Coordinate with designers, video editors and content creators.

Ensure content aligns with each client's branding.





Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Etc.

Platform Management

Schedule and publish posts.

Maintain consistency across all platforms.

Optimize posting timings.

Manage hashtags and keyword strategies.

Community Management

Respond to comments and DMs.

Build engagement and audience relationships.

Handle basic online reputation management.

Client Communication

Attend client meetings when required.

Present content strategies.

Understand client requirements and convert them into social media campaigns.
