- Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the design and video team for creative content.
- Stay updated with social media trends and develop relevant content ideas.
- Manage comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support promotional campaigns, outlet launches and brand activities.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all social media platforms.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and current social media trends.
- Good understanding of Reels, Stories and short-form video content.
- Creative mindset with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience in the F&B;, Restaurant or Hospitality industry will be an advantage.
