Role Description The Social Media Manager at Archey’s is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, managing daily posting schedules, and optimizing content for engagement and reach.

The Social Media

Manager will monitor performance metrics, track trends, and adjust campaigns based on data and audience insights.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the creative and content teams, writing and editing social posts, engaging with online communities,



and supporting UGC initiatives to strengthen brand authenticity. The role also involves regular reporting to internal stakeholders and clients on campaign outcomes and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand profiles on major platforms.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing for social channels, including short-form, visual, and campaign-based content.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact professionally with clients.
- Experience using social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and basic reporting dashboards.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Prior agency or brand-side experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
