Role Description The Social Media Manager and Content Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, managing content calendars, and aligning digital communication with brand objectives.

Daily tasks include conceptualizing campaigns, briefing and collaborating with the creative and production teams, writing and editing social copy, and optimizing posts based on performance metrics and audience insights. The role also involves community management, coordination with clients and internal stakeholders, monitoring trends and competitors, and preparing regular reports on engagement, reach, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign development for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Ability to write, edit, and adapt content, including social copy, captions, and short-form storytelling aligned with brand tone and visual identity.
- Experience in analytics and performance tracking, using tools to interpret engagement, reach, and conversion data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, trend analysis, and best practices for visual-first brands in fashion and commercial content.
- Comfort collaborating closely with creative, production, and client teams; strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Background in marketing, communications, media, or a related field; prior experience in social media management or content strategy, preferably in fashion, creative, or production environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and timelines.
