We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Management Executive who is passionate about social media, content creation, and brand growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and eager to learn how to grow both products and services through social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities

- Create and manage a content calendar for social media platforms.
- Handle the Instagram account (posts, reels, captions, hashtags, and community engagement).
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand awareness.
- Promote products and services through creative, engaging, and strategic content.
- Plan and coordinate product shoots, including photography and videography for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage UGC (User Generated Content) videos, including concept development, scripting,



coordination with creators, and content production.
- Track social media performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements for continuous growth and better results.

Requirements:
- 1 year of Experience in social media management
- Prior Experience in Product shoot and reel creation
- Understanding of Instagram trends and content formats
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
