Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to strengthen Regal Jewellers' digital presence. This role combines social media strategy, influencer marketing, campaign execution, content planning, and performance analysis to build meaningful engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.

Create monthly content calendars across platforms.

Identify content opportunities around campaigns, collections, festivals, celebrities, and store events.

Stay updated on platform trends and consumer behaviour.

Influencer Marketing

Identify and onboard relevant influencers across fashion, lifestyle, bridal, luxury, and regional creators.

Plan and execute influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting.

Build long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.





Negotiate collaborations and manage campaign budgets.

Campaign Management

Work closely with creative, content, and performance marketing teams.

Coordinate campaign launches across digital platforms.

Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.

Performance & Reporting

Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and influencer ROI.

Analyze competitor activities and recommend improvements.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Social Media and Influencer Marketing.

Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

Experience working with influencers and talent agencies.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.

Passion for fashion, luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
