Experience Required: +1 Year About the Role We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive who can manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, social media trends, audience engagement, and platform management.

This role requires someone who is proactive, creative, organized, and capable of executing social media strategies that improve brand visibility, engagement, and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content execution.

Maintain and manage the monthly content calendar.

Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.

Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and brand promotions.





Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media reports.

Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and campaign coordination.

Ensure brand consistency across all social media communication.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.

Strong creativity, communication, and content writing skills.

Understanding of reels, short-form content, and organic growth strategies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics is preferred.

Preferred Skills Experience in handling brand or e-commerce social media accounts.

Familiarity with influencer marketing and trend research.

Basic photo/video editing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and storytelling.
