We are looking for a creative, growth-oriented, and data-driven Social Media & Community Growth Executive to build and scale our brand presence across social platforms and digital communities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of growing audiences, driving engagement, building communities, and experimenting with innovative content and growth strategies for SaaS products, technology brands, startups, or digital-first businesses.

Primary

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives by identifying target audiences and creating platform-specific content strategies.

Build and scale social media channels across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.

Create engaging written, visual, video, and interactive content by translating product features, customer stories, use cases, and industry trends into compelling narratives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Build and nurture communities across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Product Hunt, Facebook Groups, and other relevant industry, founder, creator, and user communities while engaging with influencers and key opinion leaders to amplify reach and engagement.

Continuously brainstorm, test, and optimize content formats, campaigns, messaging, hooks, posting schedules, and platform-specific growth strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows for content ideation, research, copywriting, video repurposing, analytics, and productivity enhancement while maintaining authenticity and brand consistency.

Track, analyze, and optimize social media performance using key metrics such as follower growth, engagement, reach, impressions, website traffic, community growth, trial signups, demo requests, and conversions.

Conducting competitor analysis and social listening to identify trends and opportunities.





Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to support integrated campaigns and drive brand awareness and product adoption.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, community building, and audience growth.

Proven experience growing social media presence for SaaS products, technology brands, startups, or digital-first businesses, with measurable improvements in followers, engagement, and brand visibility.

Demonstrated ability to ideate, test, and implement innovative content and growth strategies with a data-driven approach.

Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.

Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance content creation, research, analytics, and operational efficiency.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex SaaS concepts into engaging content.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.

Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful social media growth initiatives, including follower growth, engagement improvements, content performance, or community-building outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience working with B2B SaaS products or product-led growth environments.

Experience creating thought leadership, or personal branding content on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or other relevant platforms.
