Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing social media platforms and executing influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices. You should be skilled at creating content that captures attention through compelling hooks, engaging storytelling, effective editing, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize reach, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
- Develop content strategies that leverage robust hooks, compelling body copy, effective editing, and impactful CTAs to improve audience engagement and retention.
- Handle end-to-end influencer collaborations, including scouting, outreach, negotiations, coordination, and campaign execution.




- Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize content performance.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining the brand's voice.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
- Proven knowledge of content strategy, including creating compelling hooks, engaging body copy, effective editing techniques, and clear CTAs that drive audience engagement and retention.
- Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, creativity, organizational, and project coordination skills.
