What you'll be doing

Content

- Capture Instagram Stories — behind-the-scenes, café vibes, event energy




- Get guests and clients on camera for testimonials
- Create scroll-stopping content on event days

On Event Days
- Team up with our sound engineer and help manage the crowd
- Grab testimonials from artists, guests, and clients
- Help set up the venue before doors open
- Be the friendly face answering guest and artist questions
- Handle first-touch enquiries from artists, bands, and organizers, and loop in the team

Who we're looking for

- Not camera shy — comfortable walking up to strangers with a mic
- A confident communicator who thinks on their feet
- Proactive and takes initiative without waiting to be asked
- Bonus points if you're genuinely into music, live events, and social media
