We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to plan, create, and produce engaging content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of and behind the camera, have a robust understanding of current social media trends, and be capable of turning ideas into high-performing content that builds brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Research the client's industry, competitors, and target audience.

- Develop monthly content strategies aligned with the client's business goals.

- Research trending topics, viral formats, and platform-specific trends.

- Write engaging scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and promotional videos.

- Create compelling hooks, storytelling frameworks, and calls-to-action (CTAs).

- Brainstorm creative content ideas for social media campaigns.

- Prepare content briefs for designers, videographers, and editors.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their services, products, and expertise.

- Ensure all content reflects the client's brand voice and positioning.





- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on insights.

- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).

- 0–2 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.

- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.

- Basic understanding of photography and videography.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
