Role

We’re lo o king for a highly creative Social Media Content Creator who can combine graphic design, video editing, content strategy, and organic social media growth into one role.

This is n ot a traditional graphic designer position. We need someone who understands how social media works—from researching trends and planning content to designing posts, editing reels, and growing brand pages organically.

You’ll m a nage multiple client brands, collaborate with strategists, photographers, videographers, developers, and the customer success team, and take ownership of creating content that performs.

The idea l candidate should be comfortable managing up to 10 client accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional creative quality and consistency.

Key Re s p o nsibilities

Social M e dia Design

- Design

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media creatives. Create static posts, carousels, stories, banners, and campaign creatives. Maintai n brand consistency across all client accounts.* Develop visually engaging layouts aligned with each client’s identity.

Video Ed i ting

- Edit I n stagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and promotional content. Add mot ion graphics, captions, transitions, and animations. Create engaging short-form content optimized for social media platforms.* Ensure videos follow current social media trends and best practices.

Content

S trategy

- Resear c h industry trends and competitor content. Suggest monthly content ideas and campaign themes. Build c ontent pillars for assigned brands. Develop hooks, captions, and creative storytelling concepts. Recomme nd strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Organic

S ocial Media Growth

- Unders t and platform algorithms and best practices. Recomme nd strategies to increase organic reach and engagement. Identif y trending formats, sounds, and content opportunities. Create content designed to improve audience interaction and brand visibility. Monitor page performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Client &

Team Collaboration

- Work c l osely with Brand Strategists and Customer Success Managers. Partici pate in brainstorming sessions.



Transla te client requirements into engaging creatives. Present creative concepts internally when required. Incorpo rate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality.

Quality

C ontrol

- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines. Deliver creatives within agreed timelines. Maintai n organized project files.* Review content before publishing.

- 2–5 ye a rs of experience in Social Media Design, Graphic Design, or Digital Marketing. Agency experience is highly preferred. Experie nce managing multiple client brands simultaneously. Experie nce designing for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Experie nce editing social media videos and reels.* Experie nce handling approximately 10 active client accounts is preferred.

In addit i on to the fixed salary, this role follows a performance-linked project incentive model.

- The co m pensation structure is designed around handling up to 10 active client brands. As addi tional client accounts are assigned beyond the standard workload, corresponding performance-based increments and incentives will be provided. This mo del rewards team members who consistently deliver high-quality work while successfully managing additional brands.
