About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative, versatile, and tech-savvy Content Creator to conceptualize, produce, and manage engaging digital content. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital storytelling and hands-on experience in video production, scriptwriting, and channel management to drive audience growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Video Production &
- Editing:

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit both short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form video content using industry-standard tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro.

- Scriptwriting &

- Strategy:

Develop compelling, high-retention scripts for diverse niches (such as real estate showcases, travel vlogs, or brand promotions) and map out monthly content calendars.

- Channel Management: Publish and optimize content for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.

Utilize

YouTube Studio and other analytics tools to track audience retention, engagement, and overall performance.

- Graphic Design: Design high-quality, click-worthy promotional thumbnails and social media assets using Canva or similar design platforms.

- Innovation &

- Technology:

Leverage contemporary generative AI video utilities, text-to-speech software,



and automated workflows to streamline the production process.

- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in aligning content with targeted promotional campaigns and monitor digital marketing metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads) to maximize reach.

Qualifications &

- Requirements:

- Proven experience in digital content creation, video editing, and social media management.

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous video projects, scriptwriting, and thumbnail design.

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut) and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva).

- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for creative workflows and content scaling is a strong plus.

- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, growth strategies, and audience engagement metrics.

- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
