Role Description The Social Media Associate will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

Responsibilities include coordinating content calendars, writing captions and copy, engaging with online communities, and monitoring comments and direct messages. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, supporting campaign execution, collaborating with designers and writers, and staying updated on trends and platform best practices. This is a full time,



on-site position based in Mumbai, requiring close coordination with the broader digital marketing and PR team.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management and campaign support.

Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, including ideation, basic design coordination, and multimedia content adaptation.

Candidates should possess solid Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.

Candidates should ideally have familiarity with digital marketing concepts, analytics tools, and social media scheduling platforms.

Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to work on-site in Mumbai, and strong collaboration and time-management skills.

A relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, and prior experience in a social media or digital role, is preferred.
