About Us sha-rá is a contemporary Indian accessories label specializing in statement leather and beaded bags, crafted to order using cruelty-free leather sourced from tanneries that utilize food-industry hides. The brand is named after the founder's two grandmothers and is built on a philosophy of craftsmanship, individuality, and considered design. We are currently in the midst of launching our Summer '26 collection, High Tide Club.

Role Overview sha-rá is seeking a Social Media & Content Creator to lead the brand's creative output across digital platforms. It is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, including posts, stories, short videos, and other engaging formats.

The person in this role will manage daily posting schedules, respond to comments and messages, and support community engagement efforts. They will brainstorm content ideas, align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, and track basic performance metrics to refine future content. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to support brand campaigns and events is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

This individual will work in close collaboration with the founder, translating brand vision into content while independently developing and executing original ideas. The role requires both creative ownership and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and produce content across Instagram (reels, carousels, static posts), including photography, editing, and graphic design in Canva and Adobe Suite
- Develop original content and campaign concepts, in addition to executing briefs provided by the Founder
- Capture and edit product and lifestyle photography for social media and website use
- Identify, approach,



and coordinate with influencers and creators for brand collaborations
- Plan and execute basic Meta Ads campaigns to support content and product visibility
- Uphold a consistent, refined brand voice across all communications
- Maintain feed cohesion, including identifying underperforming content for removal

Qualifications

- A degree from a recognized art or design institution, with a specialization in fashion communication, visual communication, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite
- Strong photography skills, with the ability to independently shoot product and lifestyle content
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Relevant education in Communications, Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience.
- Awareness of current social media trends and willingness to experiment with new formats and platforms.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)
- Ability to join immediately and work from the Gurugram office
- A genuine interest in fashion communication, with an eye for authentic, brand-appropriate content
