Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Siliguri for a Social Media and Client Management Intern. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content for various platforms, including drafting captions, sourcing visuals, and coordinating posts. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and compiling basic performance reports.

The intern will support client communication by helping prepare briefs, maintaining updates, and coordinating feedback on ongoing projects. Additional responsibilities may involve brainstorming campaign ideas,



participating in content shoots (including wedding and event coverage), and collaborating with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.

Qualifications

Ability to manage social media platforms, including basic knowledge of content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle client coordination, feedback gathering, and clear documentation of requirements.

Basic content creation skills, such as writing captions, understanding visual aesthetics, and collaborating on photo/video concepts.

Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support project workflows.

Curiosity about digital marketing, branding, and storytelling, with a willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced creative work.

Comfort working on-site in Siliguri, including occasional support during events or content shoots.

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with popular social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and basic creative tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is an added advantage.
