Social Media Executive

We're looking for a sharp, hungry, and platform-obsessed social media executive to join our Mumbai team. You'll help take our best content and make sure it reaches the right people, on the right platform, in the right format.

Who you are

- Deeply active on social media - you understand how YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X and Snapchat each work differently
- Solid instincts for what performs - you notice why one reel gets 10 views, and another gets 100,000
- A natural writer - you can draft captions, hooks, and calls to action that feel natural, not forced
- You think in formats - reels, carousels, stories, threads, static posts — and you're curious about when to use each one
- A trend spotter - you're already scrolling with intention, noticing what's blowing up before everyone else catches on
- Community-minded - you enjoy engaging with comments, DMs, and conversations, not just broadcasting
- You take ownership, meet deadlines, and grow fast with feedback
- You're driven by purpose and want to create a positive impact in the world

Responsibilities

- Support daily posting on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X - posts, stories, reels, and carousels - under the guidance of the social media lead
- Draft social media copy - captions, hooks, hashtags, and calls to action.




- Help maintain the content calendar and keep the posting rhythm consistent
- Engage daily with the community - respond to comments, build conversations, and grow the audience through genuine interaction
- Coordinate with the designer on social media graphics, carousels, and story assets
- Track basic metrics per platform - reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth - and support the weekly report
- Spot trends early and bring fresh content ideas to the table
