Profile 1: SAP - SME

Summary :

An SAP - SME is a specialist with extensive knowledge of SAP modules and related business processes. They serve as the primary point of contact for functional expertise, helping organizations optimize processes, gather business requirements, configure SAP solutions, and resolve system issues. SAP SMEs collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure SAP systems effectively support business operations and objectives.

Key Skills:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP - SME
- Hands on experience in ERP Application
- Experience in End-to-End Process Understanding (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the SAP FICO SME for Finance and Controlling processes, providing functional expertise and business support.
- Gather and document business requirements through effective Stakeholder Management and collaboration with business teams.
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO Modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Controlling, and Project Systems.
- Prepare detailed Functional Specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and system developments.
- Support end-to-end Business Process Flows (P2P, O2C, R2R) and ensure process optimization.
- Perform Unit Testing and support SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing activities to ensure solution quality.
- Collaborate with technical and architecture teams on Solution Design aligned with enterprise standards.
- Provide project estimates and contribute to the Project Delivery Lifecycle from design through deployment.
- Manage Change Requests, system releases, deployment activities, and post-go-live hypercare support.
- Monitor and resolve system issues using strong Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills to minimize business impact.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Implementations, migrations, and integration with other SAP and third-party applications.




- Ensure compliance with Governance, Risk Management, and Change Management standards while maintaining high-quality financial processes.

Profile 2:Blackline - SME A Blackline - SME is a specialized finance and accounting professional who designs, configures, and optimizes BlackLine's cloud-based automation platform. They act as the bridge between technical system capabilities and complex business accounting requirements.

Key Skills:

- Minimum 8 years of experience with BlackLine - SME
- Strong knowledge of ERP applications and business process integration.
- Good understanding of configuration vs. customization concepts in enterprise systems.
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a BlackLine SME, supporting implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of BlackLine solutions across finance functions.
- Gather, analyze, and document Business Requirements by working closely with stakeholders and finance teams.
- Configure and support Account Reconciliation, Task Management, and Journals modules to meet business needs.
- Utilize strong ERP Application Knowledge to ensure seamless integration and alignment with enterprise processes.
- Apply expertise in Finance & Accounting Processes to design and recommend effective system solutions.
- Evaluate Configuration vs. Customization requirements and prepare functional specifications for enhancements.
- Leverage solid Problem Solving & Analytical Skills to investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolutions.
- Manage stakeholder communications through effective Communication & Stakeholder Management practices.
- Support advanced BlackLine modules such as Intercompany Hub (ICH), Cash Application, FRA, and BI Studio.
- Develop, validate, and troubleshoot Standard ERP Reports and Custom Reports to support business reporting requirements.
- Participate in Project Delivery, including solution design, testing, deployment, user training, and post-production support.
- Provide cross-functional support and demonstrate the Ability to Troubleshoot Issues Beyond Core Modules while driving continuous process improvements.
