Tasks and Responsibilities

Become a Generative AI Domain Specialist and influence the responsible development of Large Language Models (LLMs) in your chosen field.

Join our growing global team and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and fairness of AI-generated content. Leverage your domain expertise and analytical skills to:

Evaluate and improve LLM-generated content

Develop and implement robust certification programs to qualify talent

Train and mentor Centific Quality Managers on domain-specific knowledge

Help select talent profiles for domain-specific roles

Become the go-to expert for domain-specific questions and solutions

Proactively identify and address content issues that might impact quality and add potential bias

Requirements





Proven expertise in your chosen domain, backed by strong academic background

At least 4 years relevant experience

Excellent proficiency in English and your native language

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to train and mentor others effectively

Previous experience in quality assurance practices (a plus)

Passion for Generative AI and its potential (a plus)

Solid writing skills (a plus)

- 2+ years of experience working in your chosen domain(s)
