We are seeking an experienced Smart Point Store Manager for our Idukki location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to boost sales performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
