Define and team lead the biotechnical R&D; vision and scientific roadmap.

- Drive research on fungal and microbial systems, biopolymers, sustainable coatings, and

environmental biotechnology.
- Design, review, and validate experimental protocols, formulations, and trials.
- Lead laboratory experimentation and proof-of-concept development.
- Translate lab-scale research into pilot-scale and field-ready applications.
- Ensure scientific rigor through data accuracy, documentation, and reproducibility.
- Track global research trends, literature, and patents to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with founders, product, and business teams for commercial translation.
- Optimize formulations and processes for scalability, cost efficiency, and compliance.
- Support technology transfer, scale-up activities, and external collaborations.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead biotechnical research teams.




- Set research KPIs, timelines, and performance benchmarks.
- Drive patent ideation and support IP documentation and filings.
- Support grant proposals and funded research initiatives.
- Ensure laboratory safety, regulatory compliance, and ethical research practices.
- Represent the organization in technical discussions, forums, and conferences
- Lead and execute CRISPR-Cas9–based genome editing, including gRNA/sgRNA design,

gene knock-out and knock-in strategies, DNA/RNA manipulation, and molecular validation using PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, Sanger sequencing, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
