We partner with global indie brands to scale in high-growth markets — leveraging paid media, CRM, and behavioral analytics to turn clicks into loyal customers.

Role & Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) driving ROI-positive customer acquisition.

Build and manage full-funnel strategies — from top-funnel awareness to bottom-funnel retention and LTV maximization via email/SMS/remarketing.

Partner with creative, content, and product teams to rapidly test and scale high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and offer structures.

Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify/Attentive dashboards; translate insights into actionable optimizations.





Lead A/B testing frameworks across audiences, creatives, and CTAs to continuously improve ROAS and CAC efficiency.

Collaborate with finance and ops to manage monthly media budgets, forecast performance, and align spend with revenue targets.
