About The Opportunity A fast-scaling D2C beauty & skincare brand builder operating across India and Southeast Asia, we drive digital-first growth for premium skincare brands through performance marketing, data-led creative, and customer-centric funnel optimization. We partner with global indie brands to scale in high-growth markets — leveraging paid media, CRM, and behavioral analytics to turn clicks into loyal customers.

Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) driving ROI-positive customer acquisition.

- Build and manage full-funnel strategies — from top-funnel awareness to bottom-funnel retention and LTV maximization via email/SMS/remarketing.

- Partner with creative, content, and product teams to rapidly test and scale high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and offer structures.

- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify/Attentive dashboards; translate insights into actionable optimizations.





- Lead A/B testing frameworks across audiences, creatives, and CTAs to continuously improve ROAS and CAC efficiency.

- Collaborate with finance and ops to manage monthly media budgets, forecast performance, and align spend with revenue targets.
