Job Title: Sitecore Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Sitecore Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications using the Sitecore CMS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Sitecore CMS.

Design and implement scalable, reusable, and high-quality solutions on the Sitecore platform.

Create and customize Sitecore templates, layouts, renderings, workflows, and components.

Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services with Sitecore applications.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver project requirements.

Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Required Skills





2–5 years of experience in Sitecore Development.

Robust experience with Sitecore XP/XM.

Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.

Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

Experience with SQL Server and database design.

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of Sitecore Helix and Habitat architecture is preferred.

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Understanding of SOLID principles, object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Sitecore SXA, Sitecore JSS, or Headless development.

Exposure to Azure, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.

Knowledge of React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

Sitecore certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
