Job Title: Sitecore Developer

Location: Jaipur / Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from the office at least once a week)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Sitecore Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications using the Sitecore CMS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Sitecore CMS .
- Design and implement scalable, reusable, and high-quality solutions on the Sitecore platform.
- Create and customize Sitecore templates, layouts, renderings, workflows, and components.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services with Sitecore applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver project requirements.
- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Required Skills




- 2–5 years of experience in Sitecore Development .
- Strong experience with Sitecore XP/XM .
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core , and .NET Framework .
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery , and Bootstrap .
- Experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Sitecore Helix and Habitat architecture is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of SOLID principles , object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Sitecore SXA , Sitecore JSS, or Headless development.
- Exposure to Azure , CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Sitecore certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented workplace.
