Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Administrator with strong expertise in Sitecore platform administration, support, and maintenance, complemented by hands-on development capabilities and Azure cloud knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and scalability of Sitecore environments while supporting application development, deployments, and cloud infrastructure management.

This role requires close collaboration with development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to manage enterprise-grade digital experience platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

Sitecore Administration & Support

Administer, maintain, and support Sitecore XP/XM environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.

Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Sitecore platforms and associated modules.

Monitor Sitecore application health, performance, and availability.

Troubleshoot Sitecore application issues, content management issues, indexing problems, and publishing failures.

Manage Sitecore Content Delivery (CD) and Content Management (CM) environments.

Configure and maintain Solr indexes, caching strategies, and search functionality.

Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures for Sitecore environments.

Manage Sitecore security, user roles, permissions, and authentication integrations.

Configure and support Sitecore site setup, domain and subdomain mappings, SSL certificate management, and environment-specific configurations to enable developers, content authors, and business users across development, test, and production environments.

Actively support deployments by troubleshooting release, configuration, environment, and Sitecore-related issues during deployment windows.

Development Support





Provide support for Sitecore development activities using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and .NET Framework/.NET Core.

Assist developers with Sitecore customization, workflows, templates, renderings, and personalization features.

Troubleshoot application defects and optimize code performance.

Participate in code reviews and deployment planning activities.

Support integration of Sitecore with external systems such as CRM, ERP, APIs, and marketing platforms.

Azure Cloud Operations (Good to Have)

Manage Sitecore workloads hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Administer Azure App Services, Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Azure Networking components.

Support cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform).

Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.

Implement high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and security controls in Azure.

Manage SSL certificates, Azure Front Door, CDN, and load balancing configurations.

DevOps & Automation (Positive to Have)

Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Automate deployment processes for Sitecore applications and infrastructure.

Implement release management and deployment best practices.

Maintain configuration management and environment consistency across platforms.

Develop scripts using PowerShell for administration and operational tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Sitecore

5+ years of experience supporting Sitecore XP/XM platforms.

Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture, CM/CD topology, publishing, and content workflows.

Experience with Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.

Knowledge of Sitecore Identity Server, SXA, Horizon, and Headless implementations is preferred.

Experience with Solr search administration and troubleshooting
