We are looking for a Site Supervisor with experience in Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar Projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising in office installation activities, coordinating with technicians, contractors, and clients, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects within the scheduled timeline while maintaining quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise installation of Rooftop & Ground Mounted Solar PV projects.
Coordinate daily activities of technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings (SLD/Layout).
Monitor installation of
Solar Modules
Inverters
Module Mounting Structures (MMS)
DC & AC Cabling
Earthing
Lightning Arrestor
Verify material received at site and maintain inventory records.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
Ensure all safety guidelines and PPE requirements are followed.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Design Team, Procurement Team, and Clients.
Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), installation reports, and completion reports.
Support testing, commissioning, and client handover activities.
Resolve site execution issues to avoid project delays.
