Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as reporting, planning, and coordination. The role involves overseeing daily site operations for window and façade installation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

The Site

Supervisor will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and client representatives, organize site resources, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues.

Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, maintaining documentation, tracking materials and workforce, enforcing safety and compliance, and reporting status updates.



The role also requires guiding site teams, providing technical support on installation methods, and ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications

- Experience in site supervision or construction management, preferably in windows, façades, or related building envelope systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, installation techniques, and basic structural and architectural drawings.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage site teams, and handle day-to-day project logistics.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., MS Office), digital documentation, and reporting.
- Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance at construction sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on transparent instructions and collaborative problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in façade, glazing, or aluminium systems projects will be an advantage.
