Objective: Dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor seeking a position to effectively monitor on-site activities, ensure smooth workflow, and provide timely updates to senior management regarding work progress and pending tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay present on-site to supervise daily construction activities
- Monitor ongoing work and ensure it aligns with plans and instructions
- Report daily progress to seniors and management
- Inform seniors about pending tasks and required actions
- Coordinate with labor and subcontractors for smooth execution
- Ensure materials are used properly and report shortages
- Maintain discipline and safety standards in office
- Keep basic records of work completed and upcoming tasks
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in civil Engineering or a related field
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience in civil
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
