Site Supervisor – Civil Engineering (Fresher / Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progresses as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor the quality of construction, restoration, and waterproofing works.
- Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and work documentation.
- Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work completed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Report project progress, delays, and challenges to senior engineers and management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants,



and society representatives when required.

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in construction is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, structural repairs, and waterproofing is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Mumbai and nearby regions.

Experience: Freshers to 2 Years Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Salary: As per industry standards (based on qualifications and interview performance)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
