Site Supervisor - Decofice

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and labour teams, ensuring quality execution, maintaining daily progress reports, and supporting timely material management. The candidate should have a good understanding of construction drawings and should have independently completed at least one project from start to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities from civil work to finishing stages.

Monitor labour, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure work is executed as per drawings and project timelines.

Read and understand architectural and structural drawings for accurate site execution.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and project teams for smooth workflow.

Maintain daily site reports, including work progress, manpower deployment, and material updates.

Share daily updates with the management team regarding material unloading, material requirements, and work progress.

Ensure materials received on-site are checked, recorded, and stored properly.

Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout execution.

Identify on-site issues and immediately report them to the Site Engineer/Project Manager for timely resolution.

Ensure safety practices are followed by all workers and contractors.





Assist in maintaining site documentation, measurement records, and project reports.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely availability of materials.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential, commercial, or interior construction projects. (Mandatory)

Must have independently completed at least one construction project from start to handover. (Mandatory)

Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings and the ability to execute work as per drawings.

Experience in day-to-day site supervision, labour management, and contractor coordination.

Ability to maintain daily site reports and provide regular updates on work progress, material unloading, and material requirements.

Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work sequences.

Knowledge of construction quality standards and site safety practices.

Basic proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp documentation, and site reporting.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

Experience in residential villas, luxury interiors, or commercial projects.

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple activities on-site efficiently.

Good communication and team management skills.

Familiarity with construction safety practices.
