A Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations on a construction site ensuring projects are completed safely efficiently and according to plan and budget Key Responsibilities Project Oversight Monitor daily activities ensure adherence to project plans and specifications and oversee the work of both site staff and subcontractors Safety Management Implement and enforce health and safety regulations conduct risk assessments and inspections provide safety training and ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment PPE Team Leadership Supervise train and motivate workers and other on-site personnel assign tasks and resolve any issues that arise to maintain workflow and productivity Quality Control Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards identify potential defects and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Resource and Material Management Monitor the use of materials control consumption by contractors and ensure proper placement and functionality of equipment and materials Communication Liaise with various stakeholders including workers clients architects engineers and project managers providing transparent updates on progress and any issues Documentation Maintain accurate records take measurements document work completed and submit daily site reports to relevant parties Kindly share CV on (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
