Role & responsibilities

- Monitored Honeywell BMS and critical data center infrastructure.

- Managed PAC/CRAC, UPS, DG, Battery Banks, PDUs, STS, RPPs, and EPMS.

- Monitored fire protection systems (VESDA, FM200, NOVEC 1230), CCTV, and Access Control.

- Performed alarm monitoring, incident escalation, and report preparation.

- Coordinated preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

- Ensured compliance with safety standards and facility audits.

- Installed, terminated, and tested fiber optic cables (SMF/MMF).

- Performed fusion splicing, OTDR testing, and fiber fault troubleshooting.

- Supported network infrastructure, including switches, routers, SFPs, and VLAN connectivity.

- Maintained technical documentation, including OTDR reports, splice reports, and as-built drawings.

- Supported 247 data center operations to ensure maximum system uptime.
