Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk to identify issues proactively.
- Good experience with AI Ops
- Develop and maintain documentation for SRE processes, procedures, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field.
- Robust understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk and AI/ML.
- Proven track record in leading teams or managing projects.
