Senior MDM / Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) Developer (Offshore)

Role Summary The Senior MDM / RIH Developer is responsible for the design, configuration, development, and enhancement of enterprise Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform. The role provides hands-on technical leadership in MDM configuration, integration development, and data quality enablement, following established best practices.
Key Responsibilities
MDM Configuration & Customization
- Configure and customize Reltio MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and reference data
- Implement match/merge rules, survivorship logic, validation rules, and workflows
- Configure role-based access controls and data security policies
- Analyze and validate master data using SQL and Snowflake
Integration Development
- Design and develop batch and real-time integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)
- Build data pipelines between MDM, source systems, and downstream platforms
- Optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization and integration issues
Testing, Deployment & Support
- Perform unit, system, and regression testing of MDM configurations and integrations
- Support deployments across development, test, and production environments
- Provide production support and defect resolution
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Create technical design documents, configuration specifications, and runbooks
- Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization
- Recommend improvements aligned with enterprise MDM best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6–9+ years of experience in MDM and enterprise data platforms
- Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub
- Solid SQL and data analysis skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Informatica IDMC
- Snowflake data platform experience
- Knowledge of data governance, stewardship, and compliance
