Role Description This is a full-time role for a Site Reliability Engineer, Immediate Joiner at Pineswift Technologies in Gurugram Location. This role involves providing Application Support 24*7 and monitoring applications Key Requirement Urgency: Must be able to join within 15 days Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience 2-6 years of experience in Application Support/ SRE/ Troubleshooting Technical Skills Must have 2 years of recent experience in Application Support/Technology Support / SRE

Should be ready to work in a 24 X 7 support workplace





Working knowledge of Dockers, Kubernetes, Microservices and tunning of services.

Must be hands on with Unix Commands, Scripting (Shell, Python), PL/SQL, NOSQL

Ability to write basic SQL, Mongo queries.

Must have L1, L2 support, SMEs in any technology operations environment that practices ITIL and SRE principle

Must be hands on with observability & Monitoring tools like ELK, Kibana, Grafana other similar tools.

Strong knowledge of Production application support, analysing logs, network debugging, API calls (Restful, SOAP) , thread dumps, heap dumps etc.

Good understanding of microservices architecture.

Awareness of Release, Change, Problem and Incident management processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills is must

Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins.

Must be knowledge of deployment on Production.
