Role Description This is a full time role for a Site Reliability Engineer, Immediate Joiner at Pineswift Technologies in Gurugram Location. This role involves providing Application Support 24*7 and monitoring applications

Key Requirement Urgency: Must be able to join within 15 days Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

- 2-6 years of experience in Application Support/ SRE/ Troubleshooting

Technical Skills

- Must have 2 years of recent experience in Application Support/Technology Support / SRE
- Should be ready to work in a 24 X 7 support environment




- Working knowledge of Dockers, Kubernetes, Microservices and tunning of services.
- Must be hands on with Unix Commands, Scripting (Shell, Python), PL/SQL, NOSQL
- Ability to write basic SQL, Mongo queries.
- Must have L1, L2 support, SMEs in any technology operations environment that practices ITIL and SRE principle
- Must be hands on with observability & Monitoring tools like ELK, Kibana, Grafana other similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Production application support, analysing logs, network debugging, API calls (Restful, SOAP) , thread dumps, heap dumps etc.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture.
- Awareness of Release, Change, Problem and Incident management processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is must
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins.
- Must be knowledge of deployment on Production.
