Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health, performance, and availability using modern observability tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable application deployments.
- Establish reliability standards, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews.
- Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning strategies.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to improve system reliability.
- Implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads in Azure environments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.
- Create operational runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Participate in on-call support and production support activities as required.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- Robust expertise with Azure services such as:

- Azure Virtual Machines

- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

- Azure App Services

- Azure Functions

- Azure Monitor

- Log Analytics

- Azure Application Insights

- Azure Storage Accounts

- Azure Networking

- Azure Load Balancer

- Azure Key Vault
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

- Terraform

- ARM Templates

- Bicep
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies:

- Docker

- Kubernetes

- Helm
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using:

- Azure DevOps

- GitHub Actions

- Jenkins

- Strong scripting skills in

- PowerShell

- Python

- Bash
- Experience with Linux and Windows administration.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, Load Balancing, and Firewall configurations.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
