Role Description The Site Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing daily project activities at interior and furniture installation sites. This role coordinates with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure work schedules are followed, resources are available, and milestones are met.

The Site

Manager monitors site progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design specifications, while enforcing safety standards and resolving issues that arise during execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising site staff and vendors, conducting site inspections, tracking materials and equipment, reporting status updates,



and liaising with clients and project managers to maintain clear communication. The role requires hands-on involvement at project locations, proactive problem-solving, and consistent documentation of site activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Experience managing interior fit-out, furniture installation, or architecture product sites, with strong site supervision and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, resource planning, and basic documentation, including site reports and progress tracking.
- Knowledge of construction and installation processes, materials, and quality standards relevant to interiors and furniture.
- Ability to enforce health, safety, and compliance guidelines at project sites and address on-site issues promptly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, design teams, vendors, and labor teams.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking apps) for coordination and reporting.
- Relevant experience in site management within interiors, construction, or furniture industries; diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Capacity to work full time on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility to visit multiple project locations as needed.
