Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and schedules.
- Manage and guide skilled and unskilled workforce to ensure quality and timely execution of work.
- Ensure construction activities comply with CPWD specifications, approved drawings, and safety norms.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning, QA/QC, and safety teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure rectification of defects, if any.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance, and work records.
- Ensure proper usage, handling, and storage of materials at site.
- Assist engineers in setting out, measurements, and execution of civil works.
- Identify site issues, delays, or risks and report to the concerned engineer for corrective action.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain discipline at site.
- Support inspections, audits, and handover activities with clients and consultants.




- Willingness to work at any site or project location as assigned by the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10th / 12th pass pass.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Foreman in CPWD/government building projects.
- Strong understanding of civil construction activities, drawings, and CPWD specifications.
- Ability to handle manpower, subcontractors, and site coordination effectively.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of measurements, material control, and site documentation.
- Willingness to relocate and work across multiple project sites as per company requirement.
