JOB SUMMARY

- A Project Executive typically oversees and manages various projects related to human resources, administration, or a combination of both. Their role involves coordinating and implementing projects that aim to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of HR and administrative functions within an organization

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manages & Executes specific projects within the budgets allocated by the Management Identifies & develop areas of further optimization in execution of projects (Planned visits on site, vendor rates re-negotiation, employee salary re-negotiation, optimization in tools & other resources required on site as per SOW without compromising the productivity)

- Understands the Project SOW and designs the budget sheet in accordance to the same

- Monitors man day requirements project wise, ensuring maximum man-days are clocked

- Ensures fulfillment of all project compliances as per SOW / Contract signed with the client

- Work closely with Sr. Executive’s / Deputy Team Lead to handle assigned projects at site.





- Handling and Monitoring the assigned projects (DSR Reports)

- Willingness to travel across all locations in India

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

- Meeting Clients (Key accounts assigned) to strengthen business relations.

- To Identify Business Opportunities and generate Leads

- Tenders/RFQs-To understand the Project SOW and prepare the budget sheet

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Valuable Technical Knowledge about the Oil & Gas Industry, Services that we offer.

- Sound Knowledge of Statutory compliances to be adhered to at site (PF, ESIC, and Labor License etc.).

- Basic Knowledge of the Compensation Structure

- Knowledge of Excel for preparation of MIS Reports

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
