Sitesurvey, detailed BOQ preparation, optimization of BOQ as per client requirementand freezing of BOQ with client such as GETCO, DGVCL, MGVCL, PGVCL & UGVCL.

Project review meetings with clients, contractors, internal team &vendors.;

Billing/invoicing submission with client with measurement sheets againstrunning bills.

Follow up with client for collections against invoices and supportingrequired all documents against completed works.

Followup with vendors for timely delivery of materials as per site requirements anddetailed planning with contractors for executing projects within time andbudget.

Strong co-ordination with internal teams requires all support to executeprojects on time.

Site visits with clients for progress tracking and site related hurdlesresolving with clients.
